Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out until 12:00 PM; please inform the hotel of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests must present a valid UAE ID or passport and the credit card used for the reservation at check-in - soft copies are not accepted. A refundable damage deposit is collected in cash on arrival and returned at check-out after inspection, and a tourism fee of AED 15 per room per night is payable at the hotel. The minimum age for check-in is 18, children of all ages are welcome with cribs available free of charge for ages 0 to 3 and extra beds at AED 100 per person per night, pets are not allowed, visitors cannot be received in guest rooms, and different policies may apply for bookings of more than five rooms.
